Areca palm
Areca palm, also known as Dypsis lutescens or Butterfly Palm, is a popular indoor and outdoor plant known for its graceful, feathery fronds and elegant appearance. Native to Madagascar, the Areca palm is admired for its slender, golden stems and lush, arching leaves that give it a tropical, exotic look. This palm typically grows to about 6 to 10 feet in height, making it an excellent choice for adding a touch of greenery to interiors, lobbies, or patios. It thrives in well-draining soil and prefers bright, indirect light. While it is adaptable to various light conditions, it flourishes best with regular watering, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Areca palm is also relatively low-maintenance and can be pruned to maintain its shape. At Balaji Blossoms, we offer a selection of high-quality Areca palm plants, perfect for enhancing any space with their elegant, tropical charm.
