Ficus

Ficus

Ficus, a diverse genus including popular species like Ficus elastica (Rubber Plant) and Ficus benjamina (Weeping Fig), is celebrated for its glossy, attractive foliage and adaptability. Native to tropical and subtropical regions around the world, Ficus plants vary from compact indoor varieties to larger trees suited for landscapes. The glossy, oval-shaped leaves of Ficus elastica are typically deep green or burgundy, adding a lush, vibrant touch to interiors, while Ficus benjamina features elegant, cascading leaves that make it a striking choice for both home and office settings. Ficus plants prefer well-draining soil and thrive in bright, indirect light. They are relatively low-maintenance, requiring regular watering while allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings to prevent root rot. These versatile plants are ideal for adding a touch of greenery and sophistication to any space. At Balaji Blossoms, we offer a range of high-quality Ficus plants to enhance your indoor or outdoor environment.
