You may view and share Website pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
1.9 Products and Enquiries
- Plant images, descriptions, availability, and indicative pricing shown on the Website are for general guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer for sale.
- Submitting an enquiry through the Bulk Enquiry cart or Contact form does not create a confirmed order. A contract of sale is only formed once we have confirmed pricing, quantities, and availability with you directly (by phone, email, or invoice) and you have accepted those terms.
- Product photographs are representative. Actual plants supplied may vary naturally in size, colour, and appearance due to the nature of living plants.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or minimum order quantities are not met.

Once an enquiry is confirmed as an order, delivery timelines, packaging, and transport arrangements will be communicated to you directly by our team. Delivery dates provided are estimates and may vary due to seasonal availability, weather conditions affecting plant health, or logistics constraints.

Client-confirmed: Balaji Blossoms does not currently operate a returns or refund policy.
